Mirant Pregonda (Overlooking Pregonda), an excellent wine from the region of Menorca, presented ecology and ethics in a bottle. The jury was particularly pleased with the wine’s connection to the region, visible on the labelling. For the commendable effort to recuperate the ancestral grape that would otherwise go extinct, Mirant Pregonda was awarded Best Protection of Heritage Food by the jury.
