The Premium Honey Selection from the Heart of Szeklerland is an excellent collection of five very distinct types of honey, with both 100% honey and infused varieties. As a wonderful representation of the region of Harghita’s biodiversity and traditions, it was awarded Best Community Collaboration by the jury. Well packaged and with detailed storytelling of the collective effort to create the set, this Premium Honey Selection is a fabulous example of village collective engagement.
